Sharyland Utilities, L.P. ("Sharyland") to change rates; approving cooperation
with other similarly-situated Cities served by Sharyland; authorizing Lloyd

Sharyland and to direct any necessary litigation and appeals; authoriizing
intervention in Public Utility Commission Docket No. 45414; requiring
reimbursement by Sharyland of reasonable rate case expenses; finding that the
meeting at which this resolution is passed is open to the public as required by
