Public Hearings (Part 2 of 2) - 30. Hold a public hearing and consider a resolution authorizing the Temporary Use
of Land for a block party on the north half of Lot 12 and a 0.23-acre portion of
East Illinois Avenue right-of-way located adjacent to Lot 12, Block 38, Original
Town Addition, City and County of Midland, Texas (Generally located on the east
side of the intersection of North Main Street and East Illinois Avenue); and
making said permit subject to certain special conditions and restrictions
